Wildebeest - For something a little be different this unusually decorated pub has African rugs, wooden wild animals and tree trunk tables, yet the array of menus offer modern British and European flavours. The Wednesday steak nights feature cuts from their own herd of cattle!

Attleborough

Mulberry Tree - 23 minutes from Diss, this is a contemporary bar-cum-restaurant in an imposing brick-built property. There’s a pleasant terrace and even a bowling green. The bar menu is popular at lunchtime, while the modern à la carte offers attractively presented, globally influenced dishes.
