We are situated in the lovely Waveney valley only a short distance from the Heritage coast. 
4* silver award accommodation comprising three comfortable rooms individually furnished and all ensuite in an extended 18th century cottage.
Two large doubles and a ground floor twin room with all amenities, tv, hospitality tray, hair dryer etc.
We have won an award for our breakfasts, serving locally sourced ingredients where possible, home baked bread, home made jams and marmalades and eggs from our hens.
There is ample parking and free WiFi throughout the house.
